Emergency First Response Refresher Course
The Emergency First Response Refresher course is aimed at former EFR Responders whose certification has expired for more than two years, as well as participants who hold a degree from another First Aid training organization. Additionally, for candidates participating in the Padi Rescue Diver, PADI Divemaster, and PADI Scuba Instructor courses, it is a prerequisite to hold a valid first aid certification.
Why is it important to refresh my first aid skills?
Renewing first aid certification will not only help students solidify good habits and refresh their knowledge, but will also stay updated of any changes and best practices. This will increase their self-confidence and their ability to calmly respond to potentially stressful situations. Plus, they can get Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training at the same time they refresh their CPR skills or they can upgrade their certification with Pediatric First Aid (Care For Children).
